FlowCraft: The Game (Single Game)

FlowCraft: The Game is a cooperative card game for 2–5 people that translates work system competencies (Spells) into a game format. Players make joint decisions that affect system health (Vigor) and available change energy (Ardor). In the process, you'll strategically build up your work system's capabilities in the form of Spells to solve Challenges.

The game includes 80 high-quality, expandable cards in 7 x 12 cm format with the following content:

• 1 FlowCraft Spell Starter Deck (14 cards and cover sheet) featuring levels 1 and 2 of the seven basic Spells
• 30 LEAD cards: Featuring positive, negative, and neutral behavior patterns for leaders, played at the start of each round.
• 12 CHALLENGE cards: Challenges you face in everyday life. The dragons you need to slay.
• 18 FATE cards: Positive and negative events and opportunities you might encounter during the game.
• 4 REFERENCE cards: Quick-start guide right on the table.
